All supervisors and professionals received an update on the library budget and the change process we will use to implement changes, which need to be made in order to cope with significant revenue losses, uncertain future funding, workload increases and workload shifts, which have taken place in our organization. These two meetings were only a beginning and many changes will be unrolled in the coming months. During this time of change and uncertainty, please communicate with your managers and supervisors.
