NOYS: The Summer Reading Program is coming!

Some folks have been asking, "When will the SRP information be arriving at the branches?" (or something like that).

Well...here's the scoop so far:
The prizes are taking up quite a bit of room in the back of our space, the performers are scheduled, and the program boxes are being…boxed.
The programs Youth Services scheduled will be up on the Events Calendar by May 1st, and branches will receive the printed schedules in mid-May.

For the programs that branches are doing independently, you'll need to put them up on the Evanced calendar yourself (might we suggest by May 1st?).
Remember to reserve the meeting room (if you have one) for your event.

If you have any questions about all things e-vanced related, contact Jennifer Kish, who reminds you: when putting items on the calendar, please use this phrasing for the Event Type:

Primary: (Music program, art program, whatever)
Option 1: summer reading program (kids)/summer reading program (teens)
Option 2: Internet Stats-Ch/Internet Stats-Teens
