The Central Library will celebrate Día de los Niños/Día de los Libros on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009. We intend to make it a Día to remember, with exciting programs scheduled from 10:00am-2:00pm.Through the celebration of “Children’s Day/Book Day” we will engage, entertain, and promote bilingual literacy and multicultural programs to children and families.
Event activities will include the Folklórico dance group: Teocalli, Children’s musical group: The Jammies, games, crafts and more.
